Lisa is responsible for planning and execution of retail banking strategies, focused on channel design that addresses customer’s evolving expectations for branch, online and mobile banking experiences.�Lisa manages the bank’s branch distribution channel strategy, including site selection for new branches and optimization of the existing network of banking offices.�� In her role, Lisa is responsible for the strategies for new branch design and evolving the features and functionality of the branch channel with a focus on relational selling and digital services.Lisa is responsible for expanding the bank’s market share of consumer lending through innovative product design, effective pricing strategies and streamlined processes to speed delivery to market. Lisa also provides thought leadership to the small business team on product design and services that integrate with the consumer platform to provide seamless and comprehensive banking services to this customer segment.Lisa establishes performance and profitability metrics for business lines and new branch locations. She develops and administers policies and operations, with a focus on supporting growth and performance goals.Lisa has extensive project management skills and has provided leadership for the bank’s M&A activities as well as delivery systems selection and implementation.Lisa began her banking career at WSFS after graduating from the University of Delaware.� She spent the early part of her career in a variety of branch positions, including Sales Manager with responsibility for the sales performance of several banking offices.� Lisa transitioned to the Retail Operations group as an analyst supporting the branch network.� Over time, Lisa assumed the role of Vice President of Retail Operations and later of Senior Vice President, Director of Retail Administration before assuming her current position as Director of Retail Strategy.
