Responsibilities: Ramon Richards is Fannie Mae’s Senior Vice President – Securitization and Servicing Technology, reporting to the Senior Vice President and Head of Operations and Technology. Richards is responsible for driving innovation and providing technology leadership, strategic direction, technology support, and solution delivery for the securitization, structured transactions, and servicing systems in support of the company's business objectives. In addition, Richards is leading the initiative to integrate Fannie Mae’s systems with the new Common Securitization Platform and co-leading the initiative to create an Enterprise Robotics Process Automation capability.

Experience: Prior to his current role, Richards was Vice President and Business Information Officer for Finance and Corporate Function Technology. He has also served in other various technology leadership roles since joining Fannie Mae in 1999.

Education: Richards has a bachelor of science in mathematics from Morehouse College, a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a master of business administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
