We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. Registration fees include all meals, refreshment breaks, and receptions, dependent upon the event. In order to receive early bird discounts, special rates or promotions, full payment must be made prior to the offer expiration date. Any registration not paid in full at the time of the offer’s expiration date will be subject to the current rate at date of full payment. Full payment must be received 14 days prior to the event. Registrants will not be allowed access to the event in the absence of full payment. Invalid credit cards will not be processed, and registrations with be declined.

Cancellation Policy:
Arizent reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable, such as acts of god, acts of war, state of emergencies, public health hazard, labor strikes or unavailability of the exhibit facility for any reason. If Arizent cancels an event outright, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will receive registration benefits to the same event at the new, future date. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event, however registration is transferrable.

All discount offers are for new registrations only and cannot be applied to any registrations submitted prior to receiving the offer. No refunds on current registrations will be issued, except as noted in the cancellation policy.
