Windrose Medical Properties Trust, Indianapolis, has priced a public offering of 2.3 million common shares at $14.80 per share.Windrose, a real estate investment trust, said it plans to use the net proceeds of approximately $32.3 million to pay down debt and for general corporate purposes, including the possible acquisition of specialty medical properties. Robert W. Baird & Co. is the sole bookrunner for the offering. The underwriters have been granted an option to buy up to 345,000 additional shares to cover any overallotments.
