ClosingCorp said that Craig Austin has been named senior vice president of sales and business development.

In this role, he will be responsible for leading the sales organization, developing customer acquisition strategies and building and maintaining relationships with loan origination systems and industry settlement service portals.

Prior to joining ClosingCorp, Austin held sales and account management positions at RealEC Technologies/Black Knight Financial Services.

SAN FRANCISCO

The board of directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco has appointed Greg Ward as senior vice president and director of internal audit.

Ward joined the bank in November 2013 as vice president, internal audit, and was promoted to deputy director in June 2016.

He has over 22 years of internal and external audit experience in the financial services industry.

Before joining the Bank, he worked with Ernst & Young LLP for 12 years in its financial services advisory practice.

HAWAII

KAHULUI

Castle & Cooke Mortgage, an independent mortgage lender based in Draper, Utah, with locations across the United States, has opened a new branch on Maui.

This new location in Kahului will expand the company's footprint in Hawaii, complementing its sister branch in Mililani, with a focus on purchases and refinances of existing homes.

The new branch will be led by Ray Beltran and Kara Beltran and will include a team of employees, all of whom are industry veterans with over 100 years of combined experience.

MASSACHUSETTS

DANVERS

Mortgage Network Inc. said that Christina Taraborelli has joined the company as a loan officer in its Conshohocken, Pa., branch office.

In her new role, Taraborelli will be responsible for serving the home financing needs of buyers and homeowners in Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs.

She brings to Mortgage Network eight years of mortgage banking experience in the suburban Philadelphia area, and also served as a loan officer and later as a branch manager for HSBC.

Pamela Steele Parker has also joined Mortgage Network as a senior loan officer in the company's Wellesley, Mass., office.

Parker will be responsible for serving customers in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

Parker brings to Mortgage Network 15 years of mortgage banking experience, and most recently served as a senior loan officer for Mortgage Master, a division of loanDepot.

NORTH CAROLINA

CHARLOTTE

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has hired Roger Edwards as a director focused on debt placement and structured finance transactions throughout the Carolinas, the Southeast and mid-Atlantic regions of the United States.

Edwards, who has more than 16 years of commercial real estate finance experience, joins HFF from CBRE Capital Markets Inc.

He also worked at Columbia National Real Estate Finance, where he was most recently responsible for managing its Washington office.
