Before joining Cloudvirga, Portner was senior vice president of products and strategy for First American Financial Corp.

He has also held senior management roles at Interthinx, a mortgage fraud solutions provider acquired by First American in 2014, and CoreLogic.

Hamilton Group Funding has appointed Chris Vaughn to the new position of senior vice president, marketing and business development.

Vaughn joins Hamilton Group Funding after six years serving as the vice president of mortgage banking for Chase Home Lending in Phoenix.

Prior to this, he served as senior vice president of retail banking and of mortgage banking for HSBC North America in Buffalo, N.Y., from 2006 to 2011.

IndiSoft, a technology development firm that specializes in systems for the financial services industry, has added Thomas Radkiewicz to its advisory board.

Radkiewicz, who has more than 30 years of industry experience, was recently CIO at Ditech Mortgage Corp., and has had positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., National City Bank and Ernst & Young.

Mortgage Network Inc. said that Linda Murray has joined the company's Portland, Maine, branch as a mortgage loan officer serving southern Maine.

Before joining the company, she served as a mortgage originator for Maine Capital Group and also worked in marketing and business development for two local title companies.

Dart Appraisal, a nationwide, independent appraisal management company, has named Christie Visconti to its executive team as vice president of finance.

In this role, she will oversee finance, accounting and human resources for Dart Appraisal.

Visconti has more than 10 years of experience in both finance and human resources, and most recently served as finance manager/controller for MB Technologies' U.S. division.

Planet Home Lending said that Mike Lee, a 15-year veteran of the residential mortgage business, has joined the company as senior vice president of national production.

Before joining Planet, Lee was executive vice president for the Western U.S. at Cross Country Mortgage, where he was responsible for business development, recruiting, operations and strategic planning.

Prior to that, he held executive positions in sales and production at Peoples Home Equity Inc. and CMG Financial.
