Renovate America has appointed Patrick Moore as chief lending officer in addition to his role as president of the company's licensed lending subsidiary.

Moore, who joined Renovate America in August 2015, brings nearly two decades of experience in consumer financial services.

Prior to his tenure at Renovate America, he served as chief operating officer of Genesis Financial Solutions, a point-of-sale national consumer finance company.

SAN FRANCISCO

Barry Slatt Mortgage has expanded its leadership team with the hiring of Jason Berry as its new chief operating officer.

Berry had been a strategic advisor to the firm since October 2015. With this announcement, Michael Kaplan has been promoted to president of the firm, focused on client facing production initiatives and leading the Southern California region.

Prior to full-time engagement with Barry Slatt Mortgage, Berry served as both interim chief operating officer and regional leader of the California brokerage offices for CBC Advisors.

SAN FRANCISCO

Roostify has named Sandeep Aji as vice president of products.

Aji, who has spent over 25 years in management, engineering and product development roles, will be responsible for overseeing the continued development of Roostify's mortgage technology platform.

Prior to Roostify, he was co-founder and CEO of Impartus, a cloud-based, SaaS platform for higher education.

Castle & Cooke Mortgage has opened a branch in Reno, which will be led by industry veteran Jodi Drake.

Drake, who has 17 years of industry experience, previously worked for Finance of America Mortgage as a mortgage advisor and licensed loan originator.

Prior to that, she worked for VITEK Mortgage Group as a compliance officer, where she helped the company develop its compliance management system.

Shana Daby has joined Greystone as a managing director and deputy chief underwriter within the FHA lending team.

Daby brings 14 years of real estate finance industry experience to Greystone and will focus on HUD affordable housing transactions, particularly in the Western U.S.

Prior to joining Greystone, she was a managing director and deputy chief underwriter at Barings Multifamily Capital.

First Technology Federal Credit Union has promoted Dave Ulrich to vice president, credit administration.

Ulrich, who joined the firm in 2014, previously served as senior director of credit analytics.

He has 15 years of experience in credit management and banking, and prior to joining First Tech, he served as a credit risk consultant at Wells Fargo.

Nathan Graham has been named the new regional manager and vice president of business development for First Community Mortgage.

In his new position, Graham will continue to build on the increasing mortgage sales volume for FCM.

He was most recently with Movement Mortgage and also previously associated with First Residential Mortgage and United Financial Mortgage.
