Sierra Pacific Mortgage said that Al Crisanty has joined the company as a wholesale sales manager.

Based out of the corporate office in Folsom, Crisanty's focus will be on growing the company's presence in the Southwest and Midwest.

He brings to the firm 35 years of experience in the mortgage industry, and most recently served as the national wholesale director for Michigan Mutual Inc.

THOUSAND OAKS

National Real Estate Solutions Inc. has hired Denia Graham for the position of chief operating officer in the corporate office located in Thousand Oaks.

Her career spans more than 30 years in mortgage field services, asset and property management, appraisal and real estate fields.

Graham was most recently president of Nations Property Solutions and managed all of the day-to-day operations.

Radius Financial Group Inc. has hired Stephanie Fazio as director of strategic initiatives.

Fazio brings to the firm over 15 years of experience in business process design and system integration.

Before joining Radius, she held the position of director, loan file operations at Freddie Mac in McLean, Va., where her principal function was to integrate new technologies and applications to improve process efficiencies.

National Credit-reporting System Inc. said that Lisa Binkley has joined the firm as senior vice president of business development.

Prior to joining NCS, Binkley was senior vice president of client strategy and implementations at Platinum Data, which was recently purchased by Mercury Network.

She also held positions with Equifax Workforce Solutions and Rapid Reporting Verification Co., which was later acquired by Equifax.

Greystone has appointed Dan Frink as a managing director, taking on a senior position on the FHA lending team.

He joins Greystone after two decades at Dominion Due Diligence Group, a national environmental, engineering and energy assessment due diligence firm that provides third party services to the multifamily and health care industry.

In his new role, Frink will serve as a liaison between Greystone's underwriting team and various third-party report providers.

RiskSpan has added Faith Schwartz, senior advisor of Accenture Credit Services, to its board of directors.

Schwartz, formerly an SVP at CoreLogic, was also executive director of Hope Now alliance, formed at the request of the Secretary of the Treasury to unite the industry following the housing crisis.

Earlier in her career, she was at Freddie Mac as well as several independent mortgage banks and commercial banks.
