Castle & Cooke Mortgage has opened its first office on the island of Kauai, which will be managed by John Dispirito.

With a mortgage career spanning 36 years, Dispirito has held positions from loan officer to vice president of sales and operations.

Prior to joining Castle & Cooke Mortgage, he was the Western region vice president for The Money Store and a branch manager for FirstCal Mortgage.

Hunt Mortgage Group said that Kevin Deegan has joined the firm's affordable housing/FHA group as director.

In his new role at Hunt Mortgage Group, Deegan will partner with Suzanne Cope, director, who is based in the Denver office. They will be jointly sourcing, evaluating and closing affordable and market rate loans.

Prior to joining Hunt Mortgage Group, Deegan was director, real estate advisory services at National Valuation Consultants.

Colgate Selden has joined Promontory MortgagePath as chief compliance officer. Additionally, Scott Doughty and Craig Wildrick have joined PromonTech, the company's mortgage technology unit, as chief operating officer and chief product officer, respectively.

Selden joins Promontory MortgagePath from Alston & Bird, where he was a consumer finance regulatory partner. Previously, he was a senior counsel in the Office of Regulations at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Doughty joins PromonTech from Finastra, a global fintech company. Prior to joining PromonTech, Wildrick was the executive vice president of enterprise mortgage lending of Zions Bancorporation.

Douglaston Development said that Jed Resnick has joined the firm as chief operating officer.

With more than 14 years of experience in real estate finance and development, Resnick comes to Douglaston from Grafton Street Capital.

He previously served as a founding principal at the boutique real estate investment and development firm based in New York and Miami.

BOK Financial Mortgage, a division of BOK Financial, has named Lee Wardlow to lead the company's loan servicing business.

Wardlow brings more than 25 years of mortgage servicing industry experience to BOK Financial Mortgage and most recently served at Bank of America in Dallas for 15 years.

DALLAS

SLK Global has tapped Eric Wilson to lead the firm's mortgage business.

An executive with over 20 years of experience, Wilson joins the company as senior vice president, and most recently served as vice president and sales leader for mortgage at Genpact.

Before that, he was vice president of private-label sales and account management for PHH Mortgage.
