Auction.com has named Ali Haralson as its new executive vice president, client management.

Haralson has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry, most recently as chief operations officer and founding member of Specialized Loan Servicing.

Prior to her tenure at Specialized Loan Servicing, she served as senior vice president of loan administration for Olympus Servicing.

Nationwide Title Clearing said that Erika Lance has been assigned a new role as executive vice president of new product development.

Lance, a 13-year veteran of the company, has held a number of other roles within the company since joining the firm, including vice president of administration, senior vice president of administration and most recently serving as chief information officer.

LBA Ware has hired Matthew Marshall as a consultant to support the firm's sales efforts.

Before joining LBA Ware, Marshall served as a project manager and strategic business advisor for Q2ebanking.

He is also a veteran of the United States Army, serving first as an enlisted combat medic and later as an infantry officer.

Brennan Keating has been promoted to administrative vice president of specialty commercial real estate for M&T Bank's New York metro area region.

Keating, who has 13 years of experience with M&T Bank, joined the company's executive associate program in 2004.

He was assigned to the New York City commercial team in 2005 and has worked in a number of positions, most recently serving as a group manager.

PENNSYLVANIA

SingleSource, a national provider of valuation, REO, title and property preservation services, has hired Rudy Dombrowski as director of staff appraiser operations.

Prior to joining SingleSource, he was with STARS, where he developed and managed a staff of more than 40 appraisers, as well as managed an internal appraisal review group.

Dombrowski will be based in New Jersey.

TEXAS

Marion Aaron has joined Stewart Title's San Francisco commercial services office as associate senior underwriting counsel.

Most recently, Aaron was a partner with the law firm Berding & Weil, where she represented nonprofit mutual benefit corporations and property owners in real estate transactions and corporate governance.

She previously held senior management and commercial underwriting positions with Old Republic National Title Insurance Co. and Fidelity National Title Insurance Co.
