The Federal Savings Bank said that Mike Suits has been hired as a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage senior vice president.

Suits has more than 15 years of mortgage experience in retail and wholesale lending, with the past 10 years focused exclusively on the HECM industry.

In his new role at the bank, Suits is responsible for growing and leading a HECM retail sales division based in Austin, Texas.

Prior to joining The Federal Savings Bank, he was a reverse mortgage regional production director at Reverse Mortgage Solutions Inc.

Greystone Development has appointed Christopher Britt as head of its new construction company affiliate, Greystone Builders.

Britt joins Greystone Builders with more than 20 years of industry experience.

Prior to Greystone, he participated in the launch of Bravo Builders, a construction management startup.

AmTrust Title Insurance Co. said that Marci Lerner has joined the company as an agency representative for New Jersey.

A veteran title insurance professional, with over 25 years of experience in the state of New Jersey, prior to joining AmTrust, Lerner was an agency representative for Westcor Land Title.

Earlier, she spent over 10 years working for Chicago Title in its New Jersey direct operation.

AmTrust Title also said that Frank Russo has joined the company as vice president, New York State agency manager.

Prior to joining AmTrust, since 2005 Russo was director of business development for Brooklyn, N.Y.-based S.J. Carroll Jr. Inc.

KeyBank has selected Colleen Bara to drive the bank's residential mortgage business.

She most recently was division sales executive for Bank of America's Consumer Lending and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management platforms, leading a sales management and operations staff across a seven-state division.

Before joining Bank of America, Bara was with JPMorgan Chase & Co. for more than 20 years.

Global DMS said that Julie Bussey has joined the company as national accounts director.

Bussey has worked at a variety of different technology companies and has a background in mortgage and financial services technology.

She has held senior positions at Segin Systems, Fiserv, Urban Lending Solutions and Intellireal.

Leticia Mijes has joined Colonial Savings in the newly created position of multicultural market manager.

She will work with Colonial's consumer retail lending division to expand Colonial's efforts in developing relationships with community partners, reach potential customers from multicultural backgrounds and assist in new product development.

Mijes brings to the firm more than 21 years of experience in the mortgage finance industry.
