Noel Stack has joined BlackFin Group as executive vice president of strategic alliances.

Stack is responsible for partnering and developing relationships with financial services clients nationwide, and for building a team of strategic alliance team members.

Prior to BlackFin Group, he served as a senior strategic partner account executive and national sales executive with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, PCi Corp. and IBM.

Promontory MortgagePath has named Scott Turnquest as its new chief technology officer.

Turnquest brings more than 20 years of technology experience to Promontory MortgagePath, with several years of experience operating solely in fintech.

He comes to Promontory MortgagePath from Kindur, where he served as chief technology officer.

FormFree has promoted Cindy Snow to the position of chief operating officer.

Snow joined FormFree as a product manager in May 2019 and quickly advanced to director of product.

Before FormFree, she was a product manager at Seller Labs in Athens.

Credit Plus said that Ashley Lockaby has joined the firm as a regional account manager.

Lockaby, with more than 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry, will be responsible for developing new relationships, while supporting current clients in Georgia.

Most recently, she was vice president, warehouse lending, at Northpointe Bank, and prior to that was a director for Black Knight's enterprise business intelligence division.

Mid America Mortgage Inc. said that Julas Hollie has joined the company as sales director for its correspondent lending division.

Hollie brings more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience in account management, risk management, sales and business development to his new role at Mid America.

Previously, he served as an account manager for business development at Essent Guaranty.

Hollie's previous employers also include First American Title and Fannie Mae.
