South Korea Fights Housing Speculators

The government of South Korea, which has been seeking to curb soaring housing prices, has set out its latest "anti-speculative measures" in an effort to increase its housing supply and strengthen home loan supervision.These measures include tighter debt-to-income and loan-to-value restrictions on lending, according to the South Korean government's website. South Korea also plans to provide new apartments at prices roughly 25% lower than current levels.
