Government needs more Mick Mulvaney leadership. Question everything and compare actual outcomes to original intentions. Richard Cordray at the CFPB, Eric Holder at DOJ and Tom Perez at DOL were all in the political agenda and social engineering business. I'd still like someone to show us where all of the money landed.

Justice served for “The People”. Absolute power absolutely corrupts. That is the CFPB. Not what this democracy is about. Let the truth of this demogog created beauracracy be revealed line by line. The American people who aren’t profiting by its abuse can know what they are paying for.

The debacle shows the arrogance of an unaccountable agency and is consistent with the way the CFPB has used the power of the federal government to force their political agenda on the financial services industry. They try to regulate industries congress specifically excluded (auto industry) and regulated by law suits and fines rather than issuing clear and concise regulations. They made up their own rules as they went and regulated more like a banana republic than a constitutional democracy.

This county is a mess. Everyone needs to be worried. When did judges take control of our country? There should be no argument that the president should control department heads.
