InHouse Connexions in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., has released a new software product for commercial lenders and appraisers for valuing properties.
The Connexions Commercial Valuation Portal is intended to make it shorter and easier to complete transactions, the company said in a press release. The portal's system of validations and valuation checks is also intended to help reduce fraud.
With the software, lenders can order full portfolio appraisals, request blind bids and multiple bids, auto-assign vendors and other professionals, and administer several other functions.
"This new product is a one-stop shop for end-to-end commercial valuation risk and process management and complements our well-established residential valuation platform which is already extensively used by lenders across the U.S.," Jennifer Creech, InHouse's president, said in a news release.
