The B classes of Impac Secured Assets Corp. mortgage pass-through certificates series 2000-4 and 2000-5 have been placed on Rating Watch Negative by Fitch Ratings.In addition, Fitch affirmed the ratings on six other classes in the two deals. The Rating Watch placements reflect concerns based on available credit enhancement relative to future loss expectations, the rating agency said.
