Stenwyn Joseph, formerly an SVP charged with oversight of
Joseph previously had oversight of a team of portfolio managers and analysts in managing risk and return associated with MSRs, fixed income securities and whole loans at OneWest’s predecessor, IndyMac Bank. He also at one time worked for former servicing giant North American Mortgage Co., managing the monthly valuation of its $40 billion portfolio.
MountainView also has hired John Zhang, former senior consultant and vice president at Northern Trust, as vice president to work in its MountainView Risk Advisors unit. Zhang at one point also created daily MSR valuations and risk projections for BB&T. He also previously worked at Portfolio Recovery Associates and validated models at MUFG Union Bank.
