HRPT Properties Trust, Newton, Mass., has priced an offering of $250 million of 6.25% notes due 2017.The real estate investment trust said it plans to use the net proceeds of the offering to reduce debt under its revolving credit facility. The joint book-running managers for the offering were Wachovia Securities, Banc of America Securities LLC, and RBC Capital Markets.
