Interactive Mortgage Advisors, LLC, said it will auction off an $88 million bulk mortgage servicing package tied to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and GNMA loans.
Currently, the mortgages – described as “quality, new originations” -- are being subserviced by Cenlar, Ewing, N.J.
Most of the loans are 30-year FRMs with an average note rate of just under 5%. The bid deadline is August 30.
Early last week, the Denver-based IMA sent out an offering circular on a $106 million Ginnie Mae bulk MSR package. The MSRs are collateralized by homes in the Northeast.
In both offerings, the identity of the seller was not disclosed.
