Mortgage servicing rights valuation and trading firm Interactive Mortgage Advisors LLC is opening a Dallas office that mortgage industry veteran John Sayre will head.

The move will give the company a presence in Texas, where several mortgage servicers and originators are located.
Sayre will work with banks, credit unions, and mortgage banks on the purchase and the sale of MSRs for both bulk transactions and strategic flow arrangements. He holds the title of senior vice president at IMA.
Previously, Sayre served as SVP of business development at Caliber Home Loans. He also held that same title at Nationstar and served as VP of marketing at Fannie Mae.
