Through its Integra Property Management division, created in late June, the Tucson, Ariz.-based brokerage firm will assist investors and asset managers in maintaining their rental and REO listings by supplying inspections and evaluations at no additional fee to their clients.

Due to the high risk of vandalism that exists at these properties, Integra’s in-house property preservation team will help mitigate risk of damage by using the company’s Integra Process for the inspections of its clients’ vacant assets.

Integra Process offers clients transparency through a variety of tools, such as access to photo-sharing portals of the inspection and reports from the team’s GPS equipped vehicles with fleet tracking systems.

Clients can review time-stamped photos to confirm when and how long each inspection occurred. These inspections confirm required notifications are posted within specific location requirements.

“Our expansion of Integra Property Management’s services provides our clients an additional layer of support for their listings that maintain or enhance the long term value of their properties,” said Eric Lichtenheld, president of Integra Group Real Estate.

Integra Group Real Estate is a brokerage firm that specializes in the property management and marketing and sale of REO, HUD and distressed properties in Southern Arizona. In the first half of 2012, the company’s transaction volume increased 28% compared to the same time period a year ago even though overall REO sales in the region have dropped.
