Staff from diverse backgrounds and countries will provide expertise in civil law, English common law, U.S. common law, Sharia law, and Chinese legal and regulatory requirements.

Dentons staff of 2,500 lawyers and professionals operates from 79 locations in 52 countries.

The firm’s stated goal is to implement innovative legal service strategies such as “actionable business solutions” that consist of specific advice that helps close a deal or resolve a dispute, “rather than offering theoretical analysis.”
