Karen Nickerson has been hired to join the Real Estate Finance Group of Moody's Investors Service.Ms. Nickerson will be responsible primarily for a portfolio of real estate investment trusts, Moody's said. Prior to joining the rating agency, Ms. Nickerson worked at ING Realty Partners as principal, portfolio manager, and director of investor relations, and she has more than 10 years of experience in real estate finance, the rating agency said.
