MuniMae CFO Resigns

William S. Harrison has resigned as executive vice president and chief financial officer of MuniMae, a Baltimore-based investor in multifamily mortgage debt and equity.Melanie M. Lundquist, MuniMae's senior vice president and chief accounting officer, will succeed Mr. Harrison as CFO, the company said. Mr. Harrison said he resigned "to turn my attention to new endeavors."
