Current NCS customers will be serviced by R&A, with the billing being "the only noticeable difference," NCS said. David Tandy, chief executive officer of NCS, said the company has decided to focus its efforts on title and settlement services and appraisals. "As document preparation attorneys servicing the real estate market, R&A's service offering dovetails with the post-closing NCS currently provides," he said.
