The common shares of Neuberger Berman Real Estate Securities Income Fund, a new closed-end management investment company, have begun trading on the American Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol NRO.Amex said the fund is issuing 29 million common shares at an initial price of $15 per share. The lead manager of the underwriting syndicate is Citigroup Global Markets, and the specialist for the fund is LaBranche & Co. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in income-producing common equity securities, preferred securities, securities convertible into equity securities, and nonconvertible equity securities issued by real estate companies, Amex said.
