Real Estate Mortgage Network Inc., River Edge, N.J., has created an online consumer-direct mortgage lending operation under the name FinanceMyHome.com.
The executive team at FinanceMyHome.com will include: Tim Bartosh, senior managing director; Matt Payan, managing director; Ron Lopez, director of consumer direct; Ronald Blake, director of consumer direct; and Theresa Finchum, operations manager.
Bartosh said FinanceMyHome.com is looking to hire 100 people by year-end to work at its Dallas headquarters.
It will offer a diverse range of traditional mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, USDA and Fannie Mae HomePath loans. An in-house short sale department is also in place to work with loan originators and Realtors.
An integrated, consumer-focused marketing campaign utilizing television and radio ads, in addition to social media elements, will launch shortly to support this new initiative, REMN said.
The online channel joins REMN's wholesale and retail production channels.
