Auction.com has acquired Allre, an online real estate marketplace, and hired its founder Kathy Dryden as senior vice president of product strategy.

Dryden will be responsible for leading the design and development of Auction.com's new, consumer-facing residential website.

Dryden is a 12-year veteran of the real estate industry and has been a top producing agent in California and Nevada.

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

WASHINGTON

NeighborWorks America has named Leonard Williams chief financial officer.

Williams is responsible for financial planning, budget forecasting and providing strategic leadership to the organization's IT, human resources, procurement and facilities management functions.

He also is responsible for preparation and submission of the organization's budget and financial reports to its board of directors and the federal Office of Management and Budget.

He joins NeighborWorks America from Tatum LLC, a strategic business consulting firm where he was a partner.

Prior to Tatum, Williams was the EVP/CFO at Pact, a nonprofit international development organization.

Global DMS has hired Mac Chiles as executive vice president of sales.

Formerly the director of strategic accounts at FNC Inc., Chiles was responsible for enterprise sales of platforms, data and analytics to loan originators, loan servicers, loan buyers and sellers, risk managers, default managers and mortgage insurance companies.

Marissa Sandridge has joined Equity National Title in the role of vice president, national sales executive.

Sandridge brings to Equity over 12 years of real estate and financial services experience.

She began her career in 2003 with First American Title of the Carolinas, where she served as a regional marketing director for over four years.

Travis Smith has joined Mortgage Network Inc. as a senior loan officer in the company's Brentwood, Tenn., branch office.

In his new role, Smith will be responsible for serving buyers and homeowners throughout the greater Nashville area.

He brings to Mortgage Network 10 years of mortgage banking experience in the Nashville area and most recently served as a senior mortgage banker for Peoples State Bank of Commerce.
