Auction.com has named Min Alexander as its chief operations officer.

Alexander is an 18-year veteran in the real estate industry and prior to joining Auction.com she served as senior vice president of real estate services for Altisource.

PLEASANTON

Ellie Mae has hired Eric Connors as senior vice president of product strategy and management.

Prior to joining Ellie Mae, Connors led CoreLogic's credit business as its general manager, responsible for all facets of the division's strategy, product, compliance sales and operations.

Before CoreLogic, he spent eight years at Yodlee where he led product strategy, release management and payment operations.

Planet Home Lending said that Heidi Snyder has joined the company as an area sales manager.

Previously, Snyder was a regional sales manager and managing director for Union Bank in Glendale, Calif.

Before that, she was senior vice president and senior home loan manager for Bank of America in Glendale for three decades.

CrossCheck Compliance said that Karen Cullen has joined the firm as a director in its compliance and fair and responsible lending practices.

Prior to joining CrossCheck, Cullen was the director of compliance risk strategy for Discover Financial.

Before Discover, she was the deputy chief compliance officer for Associated Bank, and also held compliance roles with M&I Marshall and Ilsley Bank (now BMO Harris Bank).

Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. has hired Barbara Knight as its newest loan processor.

Knight has 33 years of experience in the mortgage industry and joins PRMI from Direct Mortgage Loans. She’s worked as a Loan Processor since 1993 and has processed hundreds of loans, including FHA, VA, Conventional, loans with grants, 203K renovation loans and more.

Hunt Mortgage Group said that Jeff Payne has joined the firm as vice president.

Payne comes to Hunt Mortgage Group from PlainsCapital Bank where he was senior vice president of commercial real estate lending covering the Houston market.

Prior to that, he served for 22 years as first vice president and Houston market head with Citibank's commercial real estate group (First Gibraltar/Cal Fed until it was acquired by Citibank in 1999).

Hunt Mortgage Group also said that Anthony Valenzuela has joined the firm as vice president.

Valenzuela was previously a member of a top producing debt team at CBRE and will focus on sourcing, evaluating and closing loans for clients across the country.
