Sierra Pacific Mortgage has hired Curtis Dair as chief financial officer.

Dair brings three decades of accounting, finance and lending services to the company, and for the past seven years held the title of CFO for Opes Advisors Inc./Opes Advisors, a division of Flagstar Bank.

He also served as director of operational risk management and controller for Rabobank NA, and as controller and later as chief lending officer at Golden 1 Credit Union.

Homespire Mortgage has named Shondra Jenkins director of philanthropy and community engagement.

Jenkins comes to Homespire Mortgage with nearly 20 years of experience designing, implementing and measuring corporate social responsibility programs.

Prior to joining Homespire, she founded and was CEO of SBJ Consulting, and led the philanthropy efforts for Sodexo.

Mortgage Network Inc. has hired Rochelle McFarland as a loan officer.

McFarland began her financial services career as a stockbroker for Salomon Smith Barney in New York.

She then moved on to become a private banker for JPMorgan Chase at its Madison Avenue location.

Nevada

Clear Capital has appointed John Brenan as chief appraiser. He brings more than four decades of experience in the appraisal industry.

Prior to joining Clear Capital, Brenan spent nearly 17 years at The Appraisal Foundation, most recently as the technical liaison to the Appraisal Standards Board and Appraiser Qualifications Board.

Previously, he was chief, licensing and enforcement at the State of California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers and oversaw an appraisal district at Bank of America.

Tennessee

Memphis

The Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association has installed Karley Bond as president of the association for its 2020-2021 term.

Jeff Tucker recently completed his term, and will remain on the TNMBA board of directors one more year as immediate past president.

Bond is the area production manager for Regions Bank and has over 14 years of experience as a mortgage professional.
