TD Bank has appointed Michael Innis-Thompson to senior vice president, head of national community lending for the bank's residential lending businesses.

As a 25-year mortgage banking professional, Innis-Thompson will leverage his expertise in the development of community lending programs to support TD Bank's multicultural lending strategy.

Prior to joining TD Bank, Innis-Thompson served as managing director of community lending and investor relations for MUFG Union Bank.

He has also held senior roles in compliance, business development and product marketing for Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

OHIO

TOLEDO

Summit Valuation Solutions, a William Fall Group company and a provider of post-closing valuation services, has hired Jayson Dammen as vice president of national accounts.

Dammen is responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships across the country, and was previously vice president of sales of the Western region for Valuation Partners.

Previously, he served as an executive at Deutsche Bank and GMAC RFC.

TRK Connection has hired Chris Bruner as senior vice president of national sales.

Prior to joining TRK Connection, Bruner was a managing principal at Fiserv Inc. in Wisconsin for two years.

He also spent three years with Florida-based ACES Risk Management, where he served as a national sales director.

Having spent nearly 20 years in the mortgage industry, Bruner gained the majority of his experience working for AppIntelligence and Interthinx, which merged in 2007.

SEATTLE

Penrith Home Loans has named Greg Snow as its new president and chief executive officer.

Snow brings to the firm a 31-year mortgage banking career in retail, wholesale and correspondent lending.

He joins Penrith after five years at HomeStreet Bank as vice president, product administration.

Prior to this, Snow held roles at Impac Mortgage, MetLife Home Loans, First Horizon Home Loans and Wilshire Financial.

WISCONSIN

BROOKFIELD

Bell Bank Mortgage has hired Lee Turner as vice president/market manager, with a focus on recruiting, hiring and training residential mortgage lenders as Bell grows its mortgage branch network in Wisconsin.

Turner has spent the past 18 years in mortgage banking, including serving as a mortgage lender with Amerihome Mortgage and Johnson Bank, and positions in sales management at Johnson Bank and Bank Mutual.
