Guild Mortgage has selected Gabe Minton as its first executive vice president of information technology.

Minton joins Guild from PHH Mortgage, where he served as senior vice president and chief information officer from 2014 to 2017 with overall responsibility for the IT division.

Previously, he was with ServiceLink (Black Knight Financial Services), where he served as SVP of information services from 2010 to 2014.

GEORGIA

ATLANTA

Altisource Portfolio Solutions, a provider of mortgage, financial and technology services for the real estate industry, appointed Marcello Mastioni to the newly created position of president, real estate marketplace.

Mastioni will join Altisource's executive team in the company's Luxembourg headquarters.

He is joining Altisource from HomeAway, an online marketplace for vacation rental properties, where he led the company's operations throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

ATLANTA

Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group said that Reece Cohen has been named manager of its Atlanta branch.

Cohen, who brings over 11 years of mortgage experience to the company, most recently worked at Southeastern Mortgage Solutions Inc. as a senior loan officer.

Grandbridge Real Estate Capital has hired Paul Donahue as senior vice president to manage the firm's new Boston office.

Prior to joining Grandbridge, Donahue served as managing director of commercial real estate lending at RED Capital Group in Boston where he was responsible for mortgage banking development in Boston, New York and California.

Along with Donahue, Grandbridge has hired Mitch Printz as vice president in its Boston office.

Greystone has added Joe Mosley Jr. and Dan Wolins as managing directors to its CMBS lending group.

Mosley, based in Birmingham, Ala., comes to Greystone from UBS Investment Bank, where he was a director originating CMBS loans.

Wolins, based in New York, joins the firm from Hunt Mortgage Group, where he was most recently a managing director.

Safeguard Properties has promoted Steve Machovina to assistant vice president of technology infrastructure and cloud services.

Machovina joined Safeguard in November 2013 as director of information technology operations.

Prior to joining Safeguard, he was vice president of information technology at Revol Wireless, a privately held wireless provider in Ohio and Indiana.

Old Dominion National Bank has appointed Raj Mahajan to serve as executive vice president of mortgage lending.

Mahajan, who joins Old Dominion from EagleBank, brings 18 years of banking and mortgage lending experience to his new role.

Prior to his six years as vice president and senior mortgage banker for EagleBank, Mahajan, who began his career in 1999, held senior positions at American Home Bank, Axcidion Mortgage Corp. and American Partners Bank.
