Before joining ReverseVision, she was director of operations and business development at American Reverse Group.
Prior to that, Mahdii was branch manager at Security 1 Lending. She also launched a reverse mortgage division during her tenure at Omni Home Financing.

Exchange Bank has promoted Kevin Smart, vice president and residential mortgage manager, to senior vice president, responsible for expanding mortgage production.
Smart came to Exchange Bank from Wells Fargo, where he held the position of branch sales manager.
He has a 26-year mortgage industry background and previously owned his own mortgage brokerage business.

Walker & Dunlop Inc. has hired Stephanie Wiggins as senior vice president and chief production officer of the FHA finance team.
Based out of Bethesda, she will be responsible for the oversight of the production team for Walker & Dunlop's multifamily lending through the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Wiggins initially joined Walker & Dunlop as a senior underwriter in 1995, and prior to her return to Walker & Dunlop, she served as executive vice president and chief investment officer of AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust.

Most recently, Shumake was account executive, digital mortgage at eOriginal.
Prior to eOriginal, he was vice president, national sales at ClosingCorp, and also held sales positions at First Mortgage Corp., Home Savings of America and Washington Mutual.

Waterstone Mortgage Corp. has promoted Chris Fleming to senior vice president, national sales at its Pewaukee-based corporate office.
Fleming has been with Waterstone Mortgage since September 2009, when he was hired as the branch manager for its Gilbert, Ariz., location.
Fleming has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry, including management roles in sales, secondary marketing and lock desk.
