Stearns Lending said that Drew Lindblad has joined the company as regional vice president, Southeastern region of the retail business channel.
Lindblad brings over 28 years of industry experience to Stearns and previously served as senior vice president, regional manager at Prospect Mortgage.
Earlier in his career he held positions at several mortgage companies, including Wells Fargo, Countrywide and Pinnacle Financial.

LenderLive Network, a business unit of LenderLive Holdings Inc., said that Sherry Valladares has joined the firm as correspondent lending regional account manager.
Valladares brings more than 15 years of mortgage industry experience to LenderLive, with a background in secondary, operations, origination and underwriting.
Most recently, she served as an account executive at CMG Financial and a customer account manager for Fannie Mae.

FormFree has hired Patricia Ramirez Pinckney as senior director of marketing.
In this role, she will drive planning and implementation of FormFree's marketing campaigns, govern its strategic positioning within the mortgage industry and manage the firm's brand.
Pinckney, who worked with FormFree on a consulting basis prior to taking the post, most recently served as president of Mojo Communications and Marketing.

Melchiorre joins IndiSoft from HLP where he was president and CEO. Before working with HLP, he was senior vice president of loss management at Radian Group Inc.
Prior to his Radian position, Melchiorre was co-founder and executive vice president of business development at MSTD Inc.

Barbara Yolles has teamed up with The Money Source Inc. and its wholesale lending division, Endeavor America Loan Services, as the company's new chief marketing officer.
Yolles was recently chief marketing officer of United Shore Financial Services, the parent company of United Wholesale Mortgage.
Before joining United Shore, she was chief marketing officer at Campbell Ewald, a marketing and advertising firm.

Teresa Bryce Bazemore, retired president of Radian Guaranty in Philadelphia, has been elected by the board of directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh to a nonmember independent director position in accordance with the rules of the Federal Housing Finance Agency.
Bazemore will fill the unexpired term of Brian A. Hudson, which ends Dec. 31, 2020.
She will serve on the board's Affordable Housing, Products & Services Committee and on its Audit Committee.

Waterstone Mortgage Corp. said that Dan Spaulding has joined the company as the regional vice president of retail production.
Since joining the mortgage industry nearly 30 years ago, Spaulding has held positions in mortgage credit reporting and in the wholesale and retail operations.
Prior to joining Waterstone, he served as a vice president for Caliber Home Loans and Nationstar Mortgage.
