Impac Mortgage Corp. said that Michael Falce has rejoined the company as director of national correspondent sales.

Prior to returning to Impac, Falce held executive positions with Cherry Creek Mortgage, JMAC Lending and FGMC.

He helped restart Impac's correspondent channel in 2012 and served as senior vice president of correspondent and capital markets for the company.

St Louis

Waterstone Mortgage Corp. has opened a new branch in St. Louis, which will be led by regional manager Abraham Rezex.

Rezex, who has more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry, previously served with Illinois National Bank, Midland States Bank, PNC and Bank of America.

Gateway First Bank said that Joell Maddox is joining the organization to help advance its treasury management services.

Her experience in the financial industry spans more than 30 years, blending both mortgage and correspondent banking.

Maddox has served with Origin Bank, IndyMac Bank and Wells Fargo, as well as with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas and Lomas Mortgage.

The Community Preservation Corp., a nonprofit multifamily finance company, said that John Cannon has joined the company as its new president of CPC Mortgage Co. LLC, the company's agency lending subsidiary.

Cannon comes to CPC with more than 35 years of experience in commercial banking and agency lending.

He recently served as senior vice president at Freddie Mac in New York and has also held senior leadership positions at Berkadia, Capmark and GMAC Commercial Mortgage.

Tennessee

Murfreesboro

Guaranty Home Mortgage Corp. has promoted Connie Robinson to senior vice president, director of servicing.

Robinson has more than 45 years of experience in the conforming and nonconforming mortgage servicing industry.

She established servicing divisions for Traditional Mortgage Co., Lib Properties and in 2011 the servicing division for Guaranty Trust Co.
