Cloudvirga, a provider of digital mortgage software, has appointed Dan Sogorka as chief revenue officer and Kelly Kucera as senior vice president of marketing.
Prior to joining Cloudvirga, Sogorka was president of EXOS Technologies for Fidelity National Financial. Before that, he was president of RealEC Technologies for Black Knight.
Before joining Cloudvirga, Kucera was head of commercial and global marketing at Arcules. Prior to that, she oversaw global industry and commercial marketing in her role as head of marketing at global product content cloud platform 1WorldSync.

The LOGS Network has named Jason Shapiro chief revenue officer.
He will be responsible for the management and oversight of the national sales, marketing and business development efforts for all LOGS Network law firms, title companies and affiliated entities.
Shapiro, who most recently served as the president of title and abstract and owner of ERA Rising Realty, will be based in LOGS operations headquarters in Boca Raton, Fla.

Mortgage Network Inc. has hired Stephen Balbi as a loan officer in its Exton, Pa., branch.
Balbi, a long-time Bucks County resident, most recently served as a home loan consultant with Univest.
Prior to that, he was a loan officer at Eagle Home Mortgage and E Mortgage Management.

LoanLogics has named David Parker as senior vice president of product management.
Parker, who has more than 30 years of experience at various mortgage and technology companies, joins LoanLogics from DXC Technology, where he was general manager in banking and capital markets.
He has held senior director positions at Fiserv and CoreLogic, and was also director of sales systems, strategy and innovation at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

Stewart Title has promoted Beth Fowler to senior vice president, lender services. In her new role, she will oversee valuations, search and centralized title services operations.
Fowler, who joined Stewart in 2014, brings more than 20 years of combined financial and real estate service industry experience into her new role.
Prior to joining Stewart, Fowler managed operations for Bank of America's LandSafe and HomeFocus Services divisions.
