Prior to MCT, he was the vice president of sales for the Western region at Freddie Mac.
Shirreffs was also the vice president of customer management at Fannie Mae.

Before that, he oversaw the development and management of hotel franchises as vice president of development for Brimark Builders.

Brown has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and most recently was a mortgage loan officer with AnnieMac Home Mortgage in Waltham, Mass.

CIS Credit Solutions has named John Dalton as the first member of its newly formed advisory board.
Dalton served as the 70th Secretary of the Navy, and was recognized by the National Security Caucus as an International Security Leadership Award recipient.
He most recently served as the president of the Housing Policy Council of the Financial Services Roundtable for over 12 years.
Earlier in his career, Dalton served as president of Ginnie Mae, and was later nominated to the Federal Home Loan Bank board, where he served as a member and chairman.
