Civic Financial Services has hired Prateek Khokhar as its chief financial officer.

Khokhar, who has nearly 20 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, previously served as CFO at American Pacific Mortgage and at Skyline Financial Corp.

He also held executive financial and capital markets positions with PMAC Lending, Prospect Mortgage and Home Savings Mortgage.

District of Columbia

McGlinchey Stafford PLLC has hired Caroline Manne in the firm's national consumer financial services litigation and commercial litigation practice groups in Washington.

Licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland and New York, Manne represents McGlinchey's clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation and financial services litigation matters in federal and state courts, with a primary focus on defending consumer financial services litigation claims in lender liability actions.

Nationwide Mortgage Bankers has hired Brad Robinson as its new chief financial officer.

He will spearhead the financial department with over 24 years of experience, 18 of which are in the mortgage industry.

Robinson was previously chief financial officer with Century Mortgage Co., and has also served with HomeServices and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

myCUmortgage said that Michael Christians has joined the organization as its vice president of mortgage risk management.

In his new role, Christians will lead the development and execution of mortgage risk management strategies.

He also serves as regulatory compliance counsel for Michael Christians Consulting LLC.

Pennsylvania

King of Prussia

Sagent has appointed Tim Von Kaenel as chief innovation officer and Shawn Stroud as director of information security.

Von Kaenel previously served as chief product officer for loanDepot and Cloudvirga.

Stroud joins Sagent with 25 years of mortgage information security experience, most recently from Computershare.
