LRES Corp. has promoted Molly Merchant to senior director of REO asset management.
Merchant, who has over 20 years of experience in the REO and real estate mortgage services industry, currently oversees the operations for both REO asset management and HOA solutions at LRES.
As senior director, she is focused on expanding the company's REO division and diversifying its current REO disposition and marketing analysis services.
Castle & Cooke Mortgage has opened a new branch in Kailua-Kona, which is its first location on the Big Island, and the fourth in Hawaii.
The branch will be run by Travis Green, who joined Castle & Cooke in 2015 working at the firm's Denver branch.

Allen is the former regional manager of Community 1st Credit Union in Indianola, Iowa, where he managed four branches.
Bell most recently worked as a client executive with ACS and a senior sales executive with Dice Holdings, both in Urbandale, Iowa.
Salt previously served as a software programmer analyst for IMT Computer Services in Des Moines.
The NYC Housing Partnership has appointed Crystal Kay as general counsel.
Before joining the NYC Housing Partnership, Kay served as senior staff attorney in the community and economic development program of Brooklyn Legal Services Corporation A, where she represented nonprofit developers in large-scale affordable housing real estate transactions.
Previously she served as an associate in Robinson & Cole LLP's real estate and development practice.
