Roostify has appointed Syed Ijaz as chief customer officer, Kevin Levitt as vice president of sales and Eric Drattell as general counsel.

Prior to joining Roostify, Ijaz served as chief customer officer at PeopleDoc. He has also held positions at Saba, Progress Software, Siebel Systems and Lawson Software.

Levitt previously served as vice president of business development at Credit Karma and also spent over 10 years at ComScore.

Before joining Roostify, Drattell was the general counsel of Intapp and Risk Management Solutions, and prior to that, was a partner in the law firm of McDermott, Will & Emery.

Weiner Brodsky Kider PC said that Ken Markison has joined the firm as of counsel in its regulatory compliance practice.

Markison has more than 40 years of experience in the housing and mortgage industry, including 32 years at the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and more than a decade at the Mortgage Bankers Association, where he served as vice president and regulatory counsel.

During his tenure at HUD, he served as the assistant general counsel for GSEs/RESPA, and also represented HUD on the oversight board for the Resolution Trust Corp. staff.

The StoneHill Group said that Patrick Gluesing will join the company as president and chief operating officer.

Most recently, Gluesing served as COO of Seterus, a specialty loan servicer, and as a mortgage executive for IBM's Global Business Services unit.

Prior to IBM, he served as chief innovation officer and managing director for the Virginia Housing Development Authority.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has expanded its debt and equity placement team with the addition of Stella Pappas as a director in its Chicago office.

Pappas has 15 years of capital markets experience and joins HFF from Allstate Investments where she worked for eight years in its real estate private equity group.

Prior to that, she spent seven years in structured finance at Tremont Realty Capital in Chicago.

Walker & Dunlop Inc. has hired David Wilkins as managing director and Charlie Krisfalusi as vice president in its FHA finance group. The team will establish Walker & Dunlop's presence in the Detroit market.

Wilkins and Krisfalusi have nearly four decades of combined experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, they originated multifamily loans at Pillar Financial, a division of SunTrust Bank.

AmTrust Title Insurance Co. said that Deborah Boyd has joined the firm as Florida state counsel and will be based in South Florida.

Prior to joining AmTrust Title, Boyd, an attorney with more than 30 years of experience in title insurance, regulatory compliance and service as general counsel for real estate-related companies, was vice president/senior commercial underwriting counsel for Fidelity National Title Group.
