Planet Home Lending has named Suzy Lindblom chief operating officer. Lindblom, who was previously executive vice president of national operations, replaces the company's retiring COO, Michael Kula.

Lindblom has been with Planet Home Lending since 2017 and was the architect of an operations platform redesigned to support its entry into distributed retail.

Before joining Planet Home Lending, she served with Stearns Lending as managing director, national fulfillment and operations.

Atlanta

OSC, a lender-placed insurance and tracking technology company of Breckenridge Insurance Group, has named Rick Case senior vice president of operations.

Case previously served as a senior vice president of national accounts at the company working closely with client financial institutions.

He has been with OSC for nearly 20 years and has served in varied client services and operations roles throughout his tenure.

Safeguard Properties has promoted Joe Iafigliola to chief financial officer.

Iafigliola is responsible for oversight of the control, quality assurance, accounting and information security departments, and is a managing director at SCG Partners, a middle-market private equity fund.

His career includes positions with McMaster-Carr Supply Co., Newell/Rubbermaid and Procter & Gamble.

LoanLogics has named Paul Vancheri executive vice president of technology.

Most recently Vancheri served as VP, research and consulting at Novarica, a Boston-based management consulting firm.

Before that, he was group head of global shared services and global delivery at Finastra (formerly D+H), where he was responsible for all IT functions and several offshore business operations.

SimpleNexus has appointed Kent Besaw, VP of customer success, Kevin McKenzie, VP of finance and Shane Westra, VP of product.

Prior to joining SimpleNexus, Besaw held positions as director of customer success at SaltStack, an IT automation software company, and Instructure, an education and professional development platform.

Previously, McKenzie held VP of finance roles at Zane Benefits and AdvancedMD, where he led finance teams to drive scalable growth.

Westra brings a 20-year background in product development and his past roles in Silicon Valley and Utah's local tech scene have helped companies such as Bynder and LexisNexis grow revenue.
