RPM Mortgage Inc. has named Dan Rawitch its new executive vice president of national production.

Rawitch's path to RPM Mortgage began in 1983 when he co-founded Data Fax Credit Reporting Agency with current RPM CEO, Rob Hirt. The two went on to establish Residential Pacific Mortgage in the San Francisco Bay Area, which would later become RPM Mortgage.

Rawitch has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 30 years and in his most recent role served as PrimeLending's senior vice president of California and Hawaii.

ESCONDIDO

Castle & Cooke Mortgage has opened a new branch in Escondido, which will be led by Leslie Thomerson.

Thomerson brings to the company 28 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

Prior to joining Castle & Cooke Mortgage, she was a sales manager for both Freedom Mortgage and Stearns Lending.

Aries/Conlon Capital said that Joe Perry, owner of Perry Commercial, has joined the firm.

Perry will serve as senior vice president on the boutique mortgage banking firm's national originations team, focusing on nonrecourse bridge and permanent debt transactions.

In addition, he will use his market experience to identify investment and development opportunities for both Conlon & Co and its real estate brokerage Conlon Commercial.

Greystone Real Estate Advisors said that William Montana and Christopher Sackley have joined the firm as managing directors overseeing multifamily sales advisory efforts in Chicago and the Midwest.

Prior to joining Greystone, Montana and Sackley co-headed the multifamily brokerage team at Midwest-based middle-market investment bank Brown Gibbons Lang & Co.

Before Brown Gibbons Lang, they worked together at Cushman & Wakefield.

Montana held previous roles at NAI Hiffman, Hendricks & Partners and Draper & Kramer, while Sackley served prior roles at CBRE, Savills Studley Inc. and UBS Global Asset Management.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler said that Chris McColpin has joined its Austin office as a director focused on debt and equity placement transactions for all property types.

McColpin has more than 12 years of commercial real estate finance experience and joins HFF from Lone Star Funds’ credit affiliate, LStar Capital, where he led originations for the Southwest region.

During the course of his career, he has spent time on the loan origination teams of Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs & Co.

Stewart has added Tiziano Doto to its New England team as agency services manager for Massachusetts.

Tiziano brings to Stewart more than 25 years of experience in real estate as an attorney in private practice and in the title insurance industry.

Prior to joining Stewart, he served as a real estate attorney handling residential and commercial transactions.

Complete Financial Solutions Inc. said that Tim Moody has been named president, effective immediately.

As president, Moody will have responsibility for acquisition finance and capital markets transactions.

He is a 29-year veteran of the financial industry and since 2006 has served as president and managing principal of Moody Capital Solutions Inc., an investment banking firm headquartered in Atlanta.
