Pircher, Nichols & Meeks LLP, a national real estate law firm, has promoted Jennifer White to partner of the firm.

White joined Pircher, Nichols & Meeks in 2010 as an associate in the firm’s real estate group.

Her practice has focused on complex commercial real estate transactions nationwide, including the representation of private and institutional investors, real estate funds and opportunity funds in connection with real estate joint ventures and the financing, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate asset types.

LenderClose has hired Cliff Hill as senior engineer alongside four new sales development representatives, Christen Jones, Tor Gach, Sean Kastli and Benjamin Proffitt.

Hill has more than 15 years of software development experience. He comes to LenderClose from Greenville, S.C.-based Benefits in a Card, where he served as director of information technology.

Prior to joining LenderClose, Jones was a logistics account executive for Total Quality Logistics in Troy, Mich. She also has worked as inbound sales specialist for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

Gach joins LenderClose from Express Logistics in West Des Moines, where he served as inside sales representative.

Kastli comes to LenderClose from Image Sport Inc. in Waukee, Iowa, where he served as a leader in the sales team for more than 20 years.

Proffitt has experience in the credit union industry, where for over 17 years he held four different positions within Community Choice Credit Union in Des Moines.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has hired Mike Nieves as a director focused on M&A and corporate advisory services in the firm's New York office.

Nieves joins HFF from Citigroup's real estate and lodging investment banking group, where he was a vice president and worked on public REIT mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and equity and debt capital markets transactions.

Prior to Citigroup, he worked at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as a corporate lawyer, executing mergers and acquisitions as well as bank finance transactions.

Lancaster Pollard has hired Laca Wong-Hammond as a managing director with its affiliate OREC Securities, which provides mergers and acquisitions services.

Wong-Hammond will co-lead business development efforts for the firm's sell-side and buy-side advisory services to owners and operators of seniors housing and care properties, as well as across the health care and housing continuums.

Prior to joining Lancaster Pollard, she was a managing director in the corporate finance M&A practice at Duff & Phelps.

BBG, an independent commercial real estate valuation, advisory and assessment firm, has named Evans Howell executive managing director.

Before joining BBG, he served as an executive vice president at AEI Consultants, a commercial real estate assessment and consulting firm.

Earlier in his career, he held positions with Land America Financial Group, Partner Engineering and Science Inc. and National Assessment Corp.
