Richards brings to the company over 30 years of industry experience and has served in senior roles at Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and most recently Caliber Home Loans.

Roostify has named Mark McLaughlin senior vice president of business development.

McLaughlin comes to Roostify from DocuSign where he served as the company's vice president of business development.

Prior to DocuSign, he served as vice president of business development and channel at Box.

LenderLive Holdings Inc. said that Ian Morgan has been promoted to chief information security officer.

Ian Morgan

Morgan joined LenderLive in September 2010 and most recently served as vice president, technology.

Prior to LenderLive, he held IT management positions with Alameda Mortgage Corp., Assurity Financial Services, Information Management Research and Optimus Corp.

Arbor Realty Trust Inc. has appointed Frank Lutz as executive vice president, chief production officer.

Lutz comes to Arbor with more than 25 years of multifamily agency experience.

He joins Arbor from Berkadia where he spent the past seven years as senior vice president, Fannie Mae liaison, managing Berkadia's Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac production relationships and has served as the chairman of the Fannie Mae DUS Advisory Council.

Scott Croul has been named senior managing director and head of small balance originations for RED Mortgage Capital, the mortgage banking arm of RED Capital Group.

Croul joins RED from Freddie Mac multifamily where he was senior managing director and head of production and sales for the Western region.

Prior to joining Freddie Mac multifamily, he led regional operations at John Hancock Real Estate Finance Group and was a mortgage banker at predecessor companies to Berkadia, CBRE and Hunt Mortgage.

TOLEDO

Valuation Partners has named James Flood vice president of the company's Southeast U.S. region.

In his new role, Flood will be responsible for overseeing business development and new client services in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama and Florida.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and most recently served as a regional SaaS sales director with Vantage Production.
