The Mortgage Collaborative has hired LaNette Holley as director of strategic initiatives.

Holley comes to The Mortgage Collaborative with over 25 years of experience in the area of mortgage lending.

Prior to joining TMC, she served for 15 years at Fannie Mae in many different aspects of its account management team.



Cushman & Wakefield has hired Errol Blumer as an associate on the South Florida multifamily team.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Blumer served at Avison Young.

He also served as a transaction manager for Apartment Realty Advisors (now ARA Newmark) and senior acquisitions analyst at Green Springs Property Management in West Palm Beach.



United States Appraisals has hired industry veterans David Wegmann and John Powell as business development managers.

Wegmann, based in the Chicago area, brings with him to USA more than 20 years of industry experience.

Before joining USA, he held sales management positions with Nadlan Valuation, Buyers Access and Spectrus Real Estate Group.

Powell, who will work out of the Charlotte, N.C., area, previously owned Bedford Paulownia Partners.

His 25 years in the industry include senior positions with Coester Valuation Management Services, Virginia Equity Partners, Alliance Home Funding and Preferred Mortgage Group.



Greystone said that Ana Ramos has been named a managing director and regional head of West Coast small loan production.

She is a Greystone alumnus with 20 years of total commercial real estate lending experience, specializing in agency origination and execution.

Ramos rejoins Greystone after serving as a vice president at Arbor Commercial Mortgage and as a senior vice president and regional manager at Hunt Mortgage Group.



Safeguard Properties has appointed Lisa Nicholas to director of finance and accounting.

Her focus will be on managing Safeguard's accounts receivable and loss management teams.

Prior to joining Safeguard, Nicholas managed various areas of accounting at Forest City Realty Trust, Avery Dennison and Barnes Distribution.



Stewart said that Gregg Christensen has joined its New York commercial services group as senior business development officer.

Christensen assumes this role after more than 23 years of experience in the real estate and business development sector.

Most recently, he served as senior vice president of sales at ALM Real Estate Media Group, where he was responsible for growing revenue for Real Estate Forum, and the RealShare Conference Series.


SWBC Mortgage Corp. said that Diana Gleason has joined the company as the regional manager leading expansion efforts in Southern California.

Prior to SWBC, Diana spent 12 years managing production for Bank of America as a Regional Sales Executive and Market President.

Prior to Bank of America, Diana was in sales management with Wells Fargo and Washington Mutual.
