Flagstar Bank has hired Jason Lee to lead its secondary marketing and capital markets operations.

Lee, who brings to Flagstar more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, will be responsible for all secondary marketing activities including trading, hedging and marketing of residential mortgage-backed securities.

New York

New York

SLK Global Solutions has hired Nate Johnson as senior vice president, mortgage business leader. The announcement was made ahead of the recent MBA National Secondary Market Conference held in New York.

In his new role heading mortgage sales, Johnson will also be responsible for new product design and new client onboarding.

He comes to SLK from WNS Global Services, where he was senior vice president responsible for client acquisition for banking and financial services.

Grandbridge Real Estate Capital has promoted John Randall from senior vice president to national production manager.

Randall currently manages all of Grandbridge's 21 production offices and also serves on advisory boards for a number of Grandbridge's correspondent life insurance company lenders.

Prior to joining Grandbridge, he served as senior vice president/managing director of commercial real estate lending at EverBank.

Oklahoma

Gateway First Bank has named Bruce Schultz as its vice president and community reinvestment act officer.

As part of the executive team, Schultz will be responsible for administering and monitoring all aspects of Gateway's CRA and fair lending programs.

He was previously with SpiritBank, a community bank in Tulsa, where he began as a mortgage banker and moved to upper management and then to senior vice president.

BSI Financial Services has named Jean-Marc Eichner senior vice president of loan services and Adam Rider vice president of accounting, while Natalie Owens has been promoted to director of business development.

Eichner has held management positions at Capital One, Countrywide Home Loans, Bank of America and Citi Mortgage. Most recently, he served as vice president of customer experience for Ocwen Financial.

Rider, who has nearly two decades of experience in finance and accounting in the financial services industry, has served with Ocwen Financial Nationstar Mortgage.

Owens, who has over 10 years of experience in the financial services and legal industries, most recently served as assistant vice president in BSI Financial's foreclosure department. Prior to joining BSI in 2016, she managed business relations for Butler & Hosch PA.
