Extensia Financial has named Richard Caldwell as its new chief lending officer.

Caldwell is a former senior vice president at Revere Capital, where he led commercial real estate lending in the Western U.S.

Prior to Revere, he served as chief lending officer at Pacific National Bank.

Waterstone Mortgage Corp. has opened a new office in Durango, which will be led by loan originator Christal Dye.

Dye has more than 18 years of professional experience within the mortgage lending, marketing and management consulting industries.

The National Trust Community Investment Corp. has named Kenneth Fischbach as its new chief financial officer and executive vice president.

He will leverage over 25 years of experience in securitization, treasury, capital markets, financial policy, investment management and risk management.

Fischbach joins NTCIC most recently from Fannie Mae where he served as vice president in finance.

United Wholesale Mortgage has hired Blake Kolo as chief business officer and Lee Jelenic as chief innovation officer.

Kolo and Jelenic will focus on product innovation, business growth and continuing to advance the mortgage broker channel.

Kolo most recently served as a managing director and leadership adviser for Wilmington, Del.-based Siegfried Group.

Jelenic was most recently the chief executive officer of Dearborn, Mich.-based Ford Commercial Solutions, a division of Ford Motor Co.

New York

Elmsford

Hudson United Mortgage Services has hired Joseph Nanna as a mortgage loan officer.

Nanna was previously the finance manager for several automobile manufacturers, including Toyota, Lexus, Infinity and Nissan.
