Zabran is a seasoned mortgage industry veteran with 17 years of experience and a founding member of Opus Capital Markets Consultants, now a Wipro company, where he served as chief sales officer.

EverBank, a division of TIAA, said that John Porath has joined the retail lending division as a senior vice president, division sales manager.
Porath has 28 years of mortgage industry experience, most recently working as a vice president, regional executive for PHH Mortgage.
He has also served with Citizens Bank, First American Mortgage Services and JPMorgan Chase.

Raisha Leal has joined Guaranteed Rate as vice president of mortgage lending in its Austin, Texas, branch.
Leal comes to Guaranteed Rate after serving as a mortgage banker with the Federal Savings Bank.
Joining Leal is Ernie Medrano, who will act as the Austin branch manager. With over 15 years of experience, Medrano joins Guaranteed Rate from Alterra Mortgage as sales manager.
Michael Thompson has also joined the Austin branch as vice president of mortgage lending. He previously worked as a loan officer for Legacy Mutual Mortgage.

Summit Valuations has promoted Ray Hernandez to director of operations/technical liaison.
In his new role, he will take responsibility for the company's day-to-day operations as well as continue to oversee all technical support.
Hernandez joined the company when it was founded in 2007 and most recently served as technical support manager.

Prior to joining PRMI, Butler served with American Bank in Columbia, Md., Emery Federal Credit Union in Baltimore and Capital Bank.

James Hooper has been named senior vice president of wholesale lending at Endeavor America Loan Services, the wholesale lending division of The Money Source.
Hooper comes to Endeavor America after serving in senior roles at several national financial companies, including Freedom Mortgage and PRMG Mortgage.
