Re/Max New Jersey Teams Up with EverBank

Re/Max of New Jersey has selected EverBank Financial Corp. as its preferred lender in the Garden State.

In 2012, Re/Max sold more homes in New Jersey than any other real estate agency.

EverBank has four residential lending offices in New Jersey and an operations center in Woodbridge, N.J.

“Our residential lending team lives and works here in New Jersey. We know this market and this region, and we understand that New Jersey homebuyers need a wide range of innovative mortgage products to meet their needs, said Tony Clintock, EverBank’s Northeast sales manager.

EverBank is based in Jacksonville, Fla. The NMN Quarterly Data Report ranks EverBank Mortgage as the 23^rd largest residential lender. EverBank originated $2.8 billion in single-family loans in the first quarter.
