The Eugene, Ore.-based company's division provides training, coaching and conferences for real estate agents of all skill levels.

Under the terms of the agreements, the Real Estate Masters Guild division becomes the exclusive sales and marketing channel for comprehensive short sale training for the technology and marketing real estate provider.

In addition to its training courses, AHR offerings include monthly services that provide timely information to keep individuals working in the industry current with changes in the market. All coursework offered by Austin, Texas-based AHR is taught by Realtors who conduct short sales on a daily basis.

Real Estate Masters Guild will maintain the current courses that AHR provides agents and escrow officers and add to them over time. These include courses and graduate designations for agents listing short sales (Certified Default Resolution Specialist), agents representing buyer of short sales (Certified Short Sale Buyer Representative), and escrow officers responsible for closing short sale transactions (Certified Default Resolution Closing Specialist.)

In addition to now offering short sale training and certification, REMG offers buyer master university training for agents working with buyers, two national mastery workshops each year, agent and team coaching and an upcoming internet marketing mastery university course.

Caine O'Brien, general manager of Real Pro Systems, said the company decided to utilize the services of America's Home Rescue because “there is simply no one who knows more about how to successfully close short sale transactions than America's Home Rescue founders Stacy and Michael Spickes.”

“Every time we heard them present, agents consistently comment that they learned more from the Spickes in one hour than in full certification courses offered by others,” O'Brien added.
